ОтветитьУдалитьAnother situation where a worker can ask for a raise is when they have taken on significant new responsibilities. For example, if a worker has started managing a team or training new colleagues without a change in their salary, it is a perfect time to request more money. This is a strong reason because the worker is already performing duties of a higher-level position and proving their capability. The employer is already benefiting from their expanded role. Asking for a fair compensation in this case is logical, as it aligns the worker's pay with their actual work and contributions.
