I Read the questions below and then watch Part 1 to find the answers.

II Watch Part 2 and then answer these questions, comparing Marianna’s daughter when she was
playing the piano, and the guy in the cybercafe when he was playing computer games.
a. How were these two people the same? How were they different?
b. Who was having more fun?
c. Which person is likely to continue their activity for longer? What will the result of this be?
1)Mariana's daughter dreaded going to piano because "it was all about not screwing up" and she was afraid of making mistakes.
ОтветитьУдалить2)Malaysians fear to be judged.They have an idea of proper English and how it is supposed to sound like and how far they would have to go to get there.
3)I used to feel same way but then i realized that i will never improve my English if i am afraid of speaking it. So making mistakes doesn't scare me anymore.
a)They both had a low skill level.The girl didn't play the piano very well and the guy was terrible at computer game.But she was afraid of making mistakes and he wasn't.
b)He was definitely having more fun because he didn't feel bad for how he played unlike her.
c)The girl didn't get any pleasure.Playing was a torture fot her. In situations like that people don't continue their activity. And the guy enjoyed the game, he played for himself and he didn't dread anything.Result of this will be getting pleasure and having fun.
